The Norwegian hard rock outfit is set to release their high-energy cover of Mötley Crüe's classic "Live Wire," bringing their own sweat-soaked, riff-heavy attitude to one of the most explosive songs ever to crawl out of the Sunset Strip.

As if recording and releasing the track wasn't reckless enough, Sugarcane Hangover also demonstrated a complete lack of shame by performing the song at the legendary Whisky a Go Go, the very stage where the spirit of Hollywood rock and roll still lingers in the walls. Most bands would be intimidated. Sugarcane Hangover apparently never got that memo.

"Live Wire" carries all the danger, swagger, and electricity that made the original a classic, and Sugarcane Hangover crank those elements even further, delivering a version that feels like a runaway freight train fueled by cheap whiskey, bad decisions, and a complete disregard for common sense.
